MPORTANT INFORMATION

Cancellation and Postponement
For any cancelled or postponed ticketed shows, all ticket holders will be contacted directly via email by Eventfinda, who will provide options around re booking or refunding.

How to Book?

Phone Baycourt Community and Arts Centre, Tauranga

Baycourt box office
Baycourt will be open Monday to Friday 10.00am–4.00pm, and 1 hour before performances (held at Baycourt).

Internet bookings
Go to Eventfinda for all online bookings — https://www.eventfinda.co.nz/

General admission
If the phrase 'general admission' is used, there are no specific seats allocated. Tickets are issued according to the venue capacity, you select your own seat after admission.

Reserved Seating
Addison Theatre only

Free Events
There will be a number of free events happening throughout the festival, that will be free for all the community to enjoy. Keep an eye out for the programme which will have more details around free events in 2024.

Accessibility
Tauranga Arts Festival Trust are committed to offering a range of access services so everyone can enjoy the festival. The information below highlights the initiatives in place to deliver a more accessible festival. If you wish to speak to one of our team about your access requirements, please do not hesitate to contact us at access@taurangafestival.co.nz

A hearing loop is available in the Addison Theatre at Baycourt Community and Arts Centre, from rows F to S. To access this wireless audio signal change your hearing aid setting to ‘Telecoil’ and it will connect.

Companion Tickets
We have a number of complimentary companion tickets available at each event. If you require a companion ticket please contact us at access@taurangafestival.co.nz

Wheelchair Access Bookings
All Festival venues have wheelchair access. To book wheelchair seating at the Baycourt Community and Arts Centre please contact them directly via 07 577 7188, or baycourtboxoffice@tauranga.govt.nz, for all other venues please contact access@taurangafestival.co.nz

Service Dogs
Please let us know if you will be bringing your service dog so we can arrange appropriate seating for you.

Sensory Sensitivity Needs
We want to ensure everyone feels comfortable. If you or one of your guests is autistic, has neurodiversity or sensory sensitivities please get in touch to discuss your access requirements.
