2016 marks the 400th anniversary of William Shakespeare’s death – and all the world is still his stage!
Donovan Bixley spent 10 years creating Much Ado About Shakespeare (published in March), pairing his drawings with Shakespeare’s words. Mark Houlahan (University of Waikato) is world expert on Shakespeare in New Zealand, president of the Australia and New Zealand Shakespeare Association and has been a frequent judge for the BOP Sheilah Wynn Shakespeare in School Festival. Michael Hurst is one of New Zealand’s most dynamic performers and is here with his one-man play on Shakespeare’s leading men, No Holds Bard. Moderator Rod Oram is a Shakespeare Globe Centre NZ ambassador.
